Q: What services do you provide?

A: We are a rental business. We offer a range of upgraded bar rental options for a set time frame.


Q: Are you only available for weddings?

A: We have a standard package for longer events and weddings, and we have a mini package for smaller events. Please feel free to check out our Pricing & Packages page or inquire for more info!


Q: What’s inside the trailer?

A: The trailer is outfitted with 1 beverage cooler which can store 152 12 oz cans, a single tap Kegerator for draft beverages, and a 5 qt. deep freezer to hold all your ice. It’s decorated with a gorgeous reclaimed wood and our signature 'Take A Sip' mantra.


Q: Who can do the bartending service?

A: Licensed and Insured bartending companies only. We don’t care who you choose, but we want you to be safe and well-taken care of at your big event!


Q: Who supplies the alcohol?

A: The Sipping Post is not legally able to provide alcohol for any event. It will be your responsibility to ensure your desired beverages are available for your event. 


Q: Do you need power? What about if I don’t have access to power?

A:We will need to be within 200 feet of a power outlet. Otherwise, we will provide a small generator for an additional charge.


Q: What if I don’t want to serve alcohol, can I serve other things out of the trailer?

A: Yes! We would love to work with you to serve whatever you would like out of the trailer! Inquire with us to learn more!


Q: Is there a delivery charge?

A: There is no delivery charge for an event within 30 miles of travel each direction. After that, we charge $1.50 per mile for each direction.
